This role is ideal for someone with solid foundational skills in full-stack development who is eager to learn, take ownership of tasks, and contribute to building scalable applications. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features in a dynamic startup environment. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js and React under guidance. ● Assist in designing and implementing RESTful APIs using Express.js. ● Write clean, readable, and maintainable code using TypeScript. ● Build user interfaces leveraging Tailwind CSS and assist in state management using libraries like Redux or Zustand. ● Participate in writing unit and integration tests using tools such as Jest. ● Work with caching and message queue technologies such as Redis, Kafka, or AWS SQS to support application performance and asynchronous workflows. ● Collaborate effectively with product, design, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. ● Learn to integrate third-party APIs and services securely. ● Embrace automation and developer tools to improve productivity and reduce manual work. ● Actively seek mentorship and contribute to a positive team environment. Required Qualifications: ● 0–2 years of experience in full-stack software development using Node.js, React, and preferably TypeScript. ● Familiarity with building RESTful APIs using Express.js and documenting APIs. ● Basic understanding of frontend styling frameworks, preferably Tailwind CSS. ● Exposure to state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or similar. ● Awareness of caching mechanisms such as Redis. ● Understanding of message queues or event-driven systems such as Kafka or AWS SQS is a plus. ● Familiarity with writing automated tests using Jest or related tools. ● Experience or exposure to PostgreSQL and ORM tools such as Prisma. ● Basic knowledge or experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Firebase. ● Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. ● A proactive attitude towards learning new tools, technologies, and ways to improve efficiency.
